Effect
Successful Evasion reduces all Grimoire cooldowns by 5/10/15/20/25% Grimoire Damage +1% for every 4 Evasion
What Academy Fountain Pen does
Academy Fountain Pen is a rare-rarity artifact in Sephiria. In the inventory grid it occupies its own space, and any tablets you place beside it multiply the effect shown above.
It counts toward the Shadow combo — pair it with other artifacts tagged Shadow to trigger that combo's set bonus during a run.
